At the withdrawal
of motor components with a robot the components arrive often
displaced on the belt conveyor. Also unexpected alignments
and orientations concerning the x- and y-axis have to be recognized.
Our vision system recognizes the deviation from the reference
position and communicates the position of the component via
profibus to the PLC. Now the robot can correct the position
of the product and the fabrication can be continued.
On request of the PLC our system sends the position of the
palette on which the products are delivered as well. |
